"The Pritzker Architecture Prize is one of the field's top honors and Eduardo Souto de Moura of Portugal was selected for the 2011 award. The Porto-based architect was chosen for his consistent use of simple forms and his careful selection of building materials. Among Souto de Moura's most famous works are Braga football stadium and the Burgo Tower in Porto."
